The study of the grinding process of rushanka from the nuclei of cotton seeds of different varieties
Abstract
It is established that in the process of grinding the kernel of cotton seeds, a partial destruction of globules and spheroids of oil occurs before rolling them. At the same time, the greatest damage is observed during the processing of mixtures of cottonseed seeds I and IIsorts and vice versa, the least during the processing of mixtures of grades III and IV, where the content of defective seeds varies from 25-33% of cotton.
