
Abstract
The possibility of the most complete extraction of flavonoids from Bidentis tripartite was studied, as a result: 70% ethyl alcohol was chosen as the effective solvent; it was determined that the degree of crushing of raw materials should be 2-6 mm; at a temperature of 20-30 °C the obtained extract contains a smaller of concomitant substances; for the extraction of flavonoids with a yield of more 96% of the content in raw materials it was established that the process must be carried out at least five times. For intensification of the process of extraction battery method was proposed.
