Abstract

The rheological properties (density and viscosity) of hydrochlorophosphoric acid solutions and neutralized pulps obtained on the basis of decomposition of the washed dried concentrate (WCD) from the phosphorites of the Central Kyzylkum with hydrochloric acid, without and with the isolation of the insoluble residue, were studied. It has been established that hydrochloric acid solutions and neutralized pulps obtained with the use of hydrochloric acid of concentration 10 and 16%, in the case without the separation of insoluble residue in the temperature ranges of 30-60 °C, have good enough fluidity. In the case of isolating an insoluble residue, hydrochloric acid of 16 and 32% concentration can be used to prepare fluid solutions and precipitate pulps.
