Abstract
The paper analyzes the available resources for the creation of a cluster approach to the integration of education, science and industry in order to create a mechanism to bring the development of the economy to the level of modern requirements. The article describes the collaboration of science, education and industry through the clustering process. Ways to introduce clustering in the national innovation system are described. At the same time, the role of the integration of education, science and industry with the elements of the National Innovation System is analyzed. In conclusion, the role of the education cluster in the regional economy is summarized.
