Abstract

The process of extraction of the sum of flavonoids from the aerial part of Glycyrrhiza glabra was studied. The optimal regimes of extraction were identified by the method of mathematical planning of the experiment by Box-Wilson, they ensure an increase of the yield of the flavonoids by 5.2%. The kinetics of extraction of the sum of flavonoids from the aerial part of Glycyrrhiza glabra was investigated. It was established that during five plums the degree of cure was 93.2%.
