Abstract

The Infra-Red Drying Process has been developed in the form of the equation of the first order in the form of a mathematical model. It is established that the use of infrared radiation together with convective drying in comparison with the absence of a convective component makes it possible to reduce the moisture content of the product in 4.2 and 1.8 times, respectively, with a heat flux density of 1.5 kW / m2.
