Pharmacological activity of bromated pyrazoles

Abstract

Derivative bromosubstituted pyrazoles were obtained on the basis of the reaction of intermolecular cyclization of symmetric 2,4-hexadienes in ether ether medium. Studying the physicochemical parameters, the drugs were tested for toxicity and anti-inflammatory activity. The drugs were compared with known drugs such as: amidopyrin, butadione, and hydrocortisone.
