Abstract
The new filter-material based on waste of textile industry (WTI) for filtering diacetate cellulose (DС) solution has been developed. Alkaline cooking, hypochlorite and peroxide bleaching of WTI were carried out and optimal conditions of the processes were found. Filter materials were obtained that meet the required production standards, filtration time and DC filter quality (transmittance coefficient and optical density of the solution, micro-gel particles in solutions) were studied. The optimal parameters of the filtering material are found and the possibility of its use in filtering DС solutions has shown.
