Abstract
It is established that one of the methods of intensification of convective drying of dispersed materials is the twisting of the drying agent stream. The description of the pilot installation and the result of experimental studies on the study of the first drying-heating period of the material, which was chosen as silica gel, are given. It is established that the use of the hydrodynamic effect of the centrifugal force makes it possible to substantially intensify the heat transfer from the drying agent to the particles of the material.
