Abstract
The interaction of the acid chlorides of benzoic acid derivatives with 1,1,2-triiodopropen-1-ol-3 produced new compounds, iodine-containing benzoic acid derivatives, whose structure was proved by spectral analysis data. The antibacterial properties of the synthesized compounds were studied. It was established that all the tested drugs have approximately the same antimicrobial properties against most of the test microbes taken for the study, erocolitica, Citrobacter, S. parathyphi A, B and some Shigella were more sensitive to them
