Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the optimal composition of the composition of synthetic detergents having a high functional property from local raw materials. For the preparation of synthetic detergents as a source of raw materials were used: sodium laureth sulfate, linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid, urea, sodium chloride, sodium carboxyl methylcellulose, various types of starches, gelatin and potassium carbonate. The paper studies the effect of the compositions of the composition of synthetic detergents on their functional performance and foaming and detergency capacity, depending on the mass ratio of the initial reagents and the amount of added potassium carbonate. It is shown that with an increase in the solution concentration from 0.5 to 2.0%, the washing ability of SMS gradually increases, and its further increase practically does not affect the washing ability, and a technological scheme for the production of liquid synthetic detergents based on local raw materials is propose.
